- Type out your info such as First name, middle initial, last name, email address, name on card, date of birth, mobile phone number, home address, social security number, nontaxable annual income (optional), total annual income, income source, Hilton Honors Number (optional)
- Click on the appropriate box to tick it, if you want to receive a text message if you are approved.
